Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Location: Hybrid working, 2 days in the office – Based from London, Manchester or Chester

WM Reply are a global award-winning Microsoft consultancy. We work with the biggest names across all industries from Dyson to Sky and the Co-op Group. Specifically, we focus on Microsoft 365 and improving the employee experience through tools like Teams, Power Platform and SharePoint.

Here’s what you can expect to get up to…
- Work with our clients to ensure successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365.
- Work closely with our technical consultants and developers to create UI for Microsoft systems and apps
- Develop bespoke UI for custom Power Apps using the Microsoft Fluent UI
- Create interactive prototypes
- Share best practice with other designers and across the organisation
Ideally (but not essential) we'd also love you to get involved in..
- Testing for intuitivity and experience
- Supporting user testing for existing solutions
- Optimising user experience for existing solutions
Requirements
What's needed?
- Experience either in-house or in agency in a similar role
- UI design portfolio
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD
- Preferably some experienceusing Figma and some User Research, Testing and UX, but not essential
