Role Overview:


As a recruiting operations specialist, you will coordinate our UK Recruiting team's administrative processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This will include helping the UK Recruiting team attract and select top candidates with a focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK. 


A strong communicator, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback. Building on your excellent organisational skills, you will have opportunities to be involved in special recruiting projects as needed.


This position will be based in Manchester. 


Job requirements

Responsibilities:


  • You'll schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers and manage interview logistics effectively

  • Maintaining and updating our internal applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information at all times

  • You will help organize university careers fairs and other recruiting events

  • You'll be instrumental in organising our monthly induction for new employees

  • Assisting with generating recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making, maintaining high data quality in our internal databases

  • Preparing job descriptions and managing our job adverts online, ensuring compliance with our corporate identity as well as company policies and legal requirements

About the candidate:


  • You have already gained at least 1-2 work experience as a recruitment coordinator/assistant, either at an agency or in an in-house talent acquisition function

  • You can demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a friendly and professional phone manner

  • Your organisational skills, detail-orientation and ability to work independently make you stand out

  • A sound knowledge of MS Office and workplace collaboration tools coupled with demonstrable experience using applicant tracking software

  • Degree-educated in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics, Law or other relevant fields of study (desirable)
