M365/SharePoint Practice Lead

Job description

WM Reply is looking for a motivated individual for an M365 SharePoint/Office 365 Practice lead. We are looking for an individual who has built and lead teams and who loves technology, business development and account management. We need an individual that is positive and proactive in terms of finding solutions and is from a consultancy background.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years’ experience in leading and implementing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions
  • Strong client engagement experience within consulting or agency
  • Pre-Sales and Business Development experience
  • Experience with Office 365 tools including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, Stream, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow)


Responsibilities and Critical Competencies

  • To work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver successful Office 365 projects
  • Attend client site, running workshops demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
  • Requirement gathering; working closely with the client to establish their requirements, translating these into business requirements
  • Solution Design
  • Wire framing: ensuring the design and layout are in keeping with the client’s requirements
  • Creating Modern SharePoint sites, with knowledge of the available SharePoint components
  • Creating forms and workflows
  • Communicating with the client regularly as to updates, resolving issues fast
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree is required, ideally in Computer Science or Business
  • The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. We're unable to sponsor a new candidate due to the long processing times.
